Why funders trust it

Built to prove every decision

The things competitors call an audit trail, proven. Tamper-evident decisions, human accountability, and an exit that is not a penalty.

Tamper-evident decisions

Every decision is verifiable in one click. The cryptographic chain detail lives on the Security page.

Human approves every penny

Funding decisions are made and recorded by people. AI assists with grounded analysis; people decide.

Official register checks

Applicants are checked against official charity and company registers, with raw responses retained for provenance.

Personal data protected

Applicant personal data is protected before any AI processing, and the rules-based path remains available throughout.

Isolated from every funder

Your data is walled off from every other funder. The database-layer mechanism lives on the Security page.

Full-fidelity export

Export rounds, applications, scores, decisions, payments, reporting and audit records. Leave any time, with everything.

Integrations & fit

Fits the systems you already run

Finance export

Tranche ledger and round bundles as CSV/JSON for your finance system.

Signed webhooks fire on key events so your CRM stays in step.

Registers & standards

Connects to national registers and the 360Giving publishing standard.

For applicants

Applicants see the rules before they write

Eligibility and the exact assessment criteria are visible up front. Applicants can save drafts without creating an account, no friction, no mystery about how their work is judged.View the applicant experience

AI, CRM & forms

One workflow, with AI only where it helps

The round, the relationship record and the application form stay in one place. AI supports the work, but people still decide.
Optional AI

Human-led assistance inside the round

Use AI to speed up review work without moving decisions out of the panel. Every output stays visible, attributable and reviewable.

  • Summarise long applications
  • Draft reviewer feedback
  • Flag duplicates or risks
  • Ask plain-English questions about a round
01

Built-in CRM

Applicants, contacts, history, prior awards and risk signals sit beside the round, so relationship data stays attached to decisions.

02

Easy to join, easy to leave

There is no long implementation project and no lock-in. Join quickly, and take everything with you if you leave.

03

Your forms, your brand, your site

Use a branded hosted form or embed it on your own site, with the same rules and criteria every time.

Design-partner programme

We're working with a small group of funders to shape the platform.

Questions to bring to the demo

What happens in a walkthrough?
We walk through a seeded grant round, from public application to panel decision, tranche payment, audit verification, reporting and publishing. The point is to see how your team would actually run grants.
Do applicants need an account to apply?
No. Applicants use an assigned public link and can save drafts, submit, and reference earlier work without creating an account or paying a fee.
Does AI make funding decisions?
No. AI-assisted scoring is decision support only, grounded in the applicant's evidence and visible to reviewers. The funding decision and rationale belong to the human panel.
Which registers does Grantledger check?
UK charity and company numbers are checked against the Charity Commission and Companies House. US (IRS), Canada (CRA), Australia (ACNC) and New Zealand (Charities Services) register checks are live too. Applicant and reporting pages can also show fixed interface text in te reo Māori for New Zealand rounds.
Can we leave with our data?
Yes. Grantledger is designed around full-fidelity export, rounds, applications, scores, decisions, payments, reporting, audit and publication records.
