- Is there a free trial?

- What is included in every plan?
- Every plan includes the full grant lifecycle from application to award: Charity Commission and Companies House checks, evidence-grounded assessment, human panel decisions, condition-gated payments, grantee reporting, 360Giving publishing and a tamper-evident SHA-256 audit chain.
- Do applicants ever have to pay?
- No. Applicant-facing pages are never gated on your billing status. Applicants apply, save drafts and submit without an account and without paying a fee, whatever happens to your subscription.
- Are prices in GBP, and do they include VAT?
- Prices are in pounds sterling and exclude VAT. Annual billing with two months free is available on request. Pricing for other markets is shown in local currency on request.
- Can we migrate from our current system?
- Yes. Every plan includes the incumbent importer and a dry-run validation report, so you see exactly what will be created before anything is committed. Full export is always available, so you are never locked in.
